Questions
Is a request an order?
No. A request is not an order or a payment. EZRFQ becomes the seller of record once a customer accepts an actual quote.
Can I pay on this site?
No. Live payment is off.
Can I attach a file?
Not on the form. Files can be sent after we reply.
Will I get an email confirmation?
No customer confirmation email is sent. The confirmation page shows a reference only after the request is stored.
