Terms of use
This draft is not in force. The owner must review it with counsel before EZRFQ relies on it or accepts binding orders.
What a request is
A public request asks EZRFQ to research lawful products or business services. It does not create a contract, reserve inventory, or authorize a charge.
Quotes
An EZRFQ quote, once the owner issues it, is a resale offer with its own expiry and terms. Supplier prices are not the customer price. EZRFQ intends to be the seller of record on accepted quotes.
Payment and supplier purchase
Live payment is not enabled on this site. A future payment must be verified on the server. EZRFQ does not buy from a supplier until the owner separately authorizes that purchase.
Delivery
The initial fulfillment method is supplier-direct shipping. Warehouse and hybrid fulfillment are reserved for later and are not offered.
Refusals
EZRFQ refuses illegal goods. Restricted, hazardous, or regulated requests can be held for manual review or declined.
