Information a request stores
The intake form stores contact details, company name when provided, quantity, description, destination, budget, needed-by date, supplier geography, clarification notes, and safe attachments. The server also stores the time of the request and a technical address used for abuse limits.
How it is used
EZRFQ uses the request to research suppliers, prepare a quote, and operate the owner desk. Supplier cost and customer price are kept as separate records. Attachments are stored outside the public site files and are available to the signed-in owner.
Notices
If the owner configures a notification address, EZRFQ sends a short notice with the reference, category, email, and screening result. Full descriptions stay in the private desk.
Payments
No live card data is collected by this prelaunch site. A future Stripe integration must stay in test mode until the owner approves it.
