1. Request a quote with the product or service, quantity, and delivery location.
2. Supplier research happens on the private desk. Those notes are not shown to the customer.
3. EZRFQ may send its own quote with items, price, shipping, tax if applicable, lead time, expiration, and terms.
4. EZRFQ becomes the seller of record once a customer accepts an actual quote.
5. Payment is off. A request is not an order or a payment, and it does not place a supplier order.
