This draft is for owner review. It is not an active refund or shipping promise. Tax, duty, and consumer rules still need professional review.
Shipping
The launch method is supplier-direct delivery: after EZRFQ verifies customer payment and the owner authorizes the supplier purchase, the supplier ships to the destination on the quote. Transit times on a quote are estimates from supplier research, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Warehouse shipping
EZRFQ warehouse receiving, storage, and outbound shipping are dormant. They are not available on current requests.
Refunds
Until the owner adopts a final policy, a request and a draft quote can be withdrawn without a charge because live checkout is off. A future refund, return, or chargeback has to be handled by the owner against the verified payment record. Client-side payment messages alone do not release a supplier order or a refund.
Duties and tax
Quotes should itemize shipping, duties, and tax separately from the supplier cost. Those figures are not legal tax advice.
